He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norbeilto Ramirez and Anna Caraballo Ramirez; his wife Monserrate Ramirez; his children, Giovanka Ramirez, Arleen Ramirez, Mary Elaine Lloyd (Robert) and David Ramirez (Erica); and his sister Ramona Ramirez. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Due to the global COVID-19 public health emergency, the funeral services were closed to the public.
