He was predeceased by: his parents, John Billec and Anna Herman Billec. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hanacik; his children, Debbie Billec Pezzenti of Austintown, Kathy D'Agostino (John) of California, Karen Billec Witmer (Mike) of Beavercreek and John Billec, III of Youngstown; and his grandchildren, Lisa Packard, Gina Mcevoy, Tina Pezzenti, John Billec, IV, Kathleen Elizabeth Billec, Michael Witmer and Megan Witmer. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
