She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Deitelbach and Ruth Drum Deitelbach; her husband Frank J. Kukura Jr.; her son Frank Kukura III; her siblings, Dorothy (Andy Sherosky), Bill Dietelbach, Glenna (Ted Deal) and Steve Kukura; and her brother-in-law George Crevier.
She is survived by: her son John Kukura (Colleen) of Boardman; her daughter-in-law Michelle Kukura; her grandchildren, Laura Boyles (Chris), John Kukura, Justin Kukura, Samantha Best (Dan) and Candace Dunn (Russ); her great grandchildren, Emma, Grace Boyles, Madalyn, Marleah, Payden and Frank Dunn; her siblings, Sandy Crevier and Gary Dietelbach; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Dietelbach and Ann Kukura. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
