Reilly III of Cleveland Heights and Mary Kathleen Adamczyk of North Port, Florida; her great-nephew Kevin Adamczyk of Macedonia; her great-niece Kristin Tran; Tara, Eleanor, Lucas Tran of New Castle and Arthur Edward Adamczyk of Macedonia.

She was employed for 43 years in Nursing Management Positions at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
