She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sadosky and Frances Machesky Sadosky; her former husbands, Samuel Churilla and Joseph Domko; and her siblings, Joseph Jr., Anthony Sadosky, Viola Sadosky, Agnes Sadosky, Sophia Kolat, Frances Burkey, Helen Grondolsky and Cecelia Bradley.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Churilla (Bonnie) of Struthers and Thomas Churilla (Halina) of Poland; her grandson Steven Churilla of Poland; and her siblings, Mary Kjarsgaard of Matawan, NJ, Andrew Sadosky of Hopwood and Edward Sadosky of Girard.
Although Veronica lived most of her life in Campbell, she moved to Poland to live with her son Thomas and his family as he became her caregiver as she suffered from Alzheimers.
