He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Walter Perez (Dawn) and Kayla Perez; his stepdaughters, Patty Ratliff and Danielle Bland (William); his grandchildren, Cameron, Devon, Faith and Hope; and his siblings, Jovino Velazquez (Gladys) of Florida, John Hernandez of Lowellville, William Perez of Struthers, Isabel Aviles of Florida, Carmen Godoy (Dennis) of Campbell, Aida Aparicio (Guillermo) of Florida and Iris Hernandez of Cleveland.
