With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Bert Boak of Canal Fulton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Boak and Donna Boak. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Teia Boak (Nate Asplin) and Cory Boak; and his grandchildren, Rowan and Ryder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (624 Cherry St E, Canal Fulton, OH 44614). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
