He is survived by: his children, Robert Neil and Lacy Turner (Kyle); his grandchildren, Oliver, Olivia and Madison Turner; and his siblings, Kim Jenkins, Karen Bing, Cindy Madzia (Joe), Fred Neil, Lisa Eggenschwiler (Scott), Allen Neil and Eddie Ehmer (Char). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (624 Cherry St E, Canal Fulton, OH 44614). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
