We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, at the age of 68, Rodney Ellyson of Canal Fulton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rodney may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ellyson and Inez Ellyson (Stout). He is survived by: his wife Lora Ellyson (Morgan); his daughter Kristy Rector (Eric); his grandson Max Rector; his sisters, Karen Ellyson and Sandi Yeager; and his nephews, Alan Yeager and Brandyn Yeager.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (624 Cherry St E, Canal Fulton, OH 44614).
