He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kollmer and Hulda Kollmer (Zitzke); his wife Dorothy; his daughter Connie Kollmer; his siblings, Frank "Cy" Kollmer (Joan) and Virginia Howald (James); and his son-in-law Jeff Haines.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Haines of Canal Winchester, Dianne Frost (Steve) of Canal Winchester and David Kollmer of Canal Winchester; his grandchildren, Abbey Harrison (Aaron), Ashley Ruff (Justin) and Josh Frost (Molly); his great grandchildren, Kinley, Oliver Harrison, Cooper and Stevie Frost; his nephews, Jimmy, Bobby and Tommy; and his niece Sally.
