He was predeceased by: his daughter Wendi Dawn Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Garrett; his children, Patrick Garrett (Crystal) of Groveport and Brandi Meyers (Jesse) of Reynoldsburg; his grandchild Miranda Meyers; and his siblings, Joyce Mae Kinney, Carol Ann Beres, Jackie Lee Garrett (Dianne) and Clifford Garrett (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Heart Association or Mount Carmel Hospice in his name.
