She is survived by: her husband Dustin Martin; her son Jacob Martin; her parents, Garland "Russ" of Canal Winchester and Linda Hay of Canal Winchester; her brother Joshua Hay of Hilliard; her grandparents, Gerland Hay of Columbus and Mary Hay of Columbus; her mother-in-law Michael Martin of Bellefontaine; her siblings-in-law, Miranda Greenlee (Jason) and Cody Martin (Ashley); and also, Connie Martin of Bellefontaine, Trevor, Braden and Emily.
