He was predeceased by: his father Dale F. Chapman; and his grandparents, Otis, Katherine Chapman, Olen and Helen Litchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Chapman; and his mother Jane Litchfield Chapman. He is also survived by his wife, his mother, dear family members, longtime friends, and caring co-workers.
