He was predeceased by: his siblings, Spurgeon Metzler, Janet and Darlene. He is survived by: his wife Ula Jean; his brothers, Gerald (Susan) and Glenn (Mary); his brother-in-law Ed Ater (Linda); his sons, Jeff (Sylvia) and Jon (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Justin Park-Metzler (Angela), Audra Metzler, Cameron Metzler, Cole Metzler and Ian Metzler; and his great grandchild Lynlii Park-Metzler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
