She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Long and Ethel Long; her husband Leo Storts; and her sister Marilyn Loucks. She is survived by: her children, Susan Alford (Chuck), James Storts, Karen Fowler (Bryan) and Jason Storts (Mariah); her grandchildren, Sarah Alford, Kayla Fowler, Elyzabeth, Elayna and Kate Storts; her stepgrandchildren, Megan and Robbie Duncan; and her brother Don Long (Debbie).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy's name to FairHope Hospice 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130.
