She was predeceased by: her parents, George Trapp and Margaret Trapp; her husband Leo; her daughter Lisa; and her grandson David Doody.
She is survived by: her close friends, Rosie Karch and Sara Stone; her sister-in-law Carol Trapp; her children, Angela Doody, Cindy Rupp, Jennifer Dietrich (Matthias) and Luke Oestreicher (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Erin Doody (Andrea Ceolin), Ryan Doody, Jonathan Rupp, Katie Dietrich and Kelly Oestreicher.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (5170 Winchester Southern Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Ginny was especially devoted to St. Jude, and in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Research Hospital, P.O. Box 474, Memphis, Tenn. 38101.
