He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Warner; his stepfather Don Warner; his brother-in-law Roger Allen; his grandparents, Clell and Marcy Hellems; and his stepbrother Timothy Hise.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Kemper; his daughters, Haley Martin (Dane), Emily Kemper, Taylor Kemper, Samantha Kemper and Sophia Kemper; his grandson Ayden Nuzum; his father Warren Kemper, Sr. (Debbie); his siblings, Brenda Allen, Warren Kemper, Jr., Vicki Mingus (Steve), Leeland Kemper, Terri Sullivan (Sean) and Justin Kemper; his stepbrother Jamie Hise (Melanie); his sister-in-law Christina Hise; and his parents-in-law, Sandy Angriawan and Sumiati "Lauren" Halim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
