She is survived by: her husband Chad Hauskins; her daughters, Jessica Collins (Nickolaus) and Ella Hauskins; her grandchildren, Isabelle Collins and Arthur Collins; her brother Troy Hassinger (Tena); her nieces, Brandy Hassinger, Nicole Tracy, Shanice Harrington (Dakota) and Mercedes Hassinger; and her stepfather John Alexander.
