He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Swain; and his siblings, Bob Swain, Bill Swain, John Swain, Naomi Ringgold and Patty Wilcox.
He is survived by: his son Greg Swain; his granddaughter Kelsey Swain; his sister Peggy Cahill; and also Gunner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
