It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Gerhold (Canal Winchester, Ohio), who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rappold and Mary Rappold; her brother Nick Rappold; and her brothers-in-law, Ric Eberley and Richard Gerhold.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Gerhold; her children, Michelle Glanzman (Mike), Aaron Farley (Katy), Kathryn Martinez (Juan) and Taylor Gerhold; her grandchildren, Anna of Isaac, A. J., Evie Glanzman, Samuel, Emma, Margaret "Maggie" Farley, Sofia, Lena, Maya, Regina Martinez, Alaina and Braxton Gerhold; her siblings, Gary Rappold (Nancy), Mary Beth Eberley, Cathy Oyler (Steve) and Tony Rappold (Nyla); her former husband Matt Farley; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Gerhold (Teri), Cheryl Gerhold, Peggy Herdman, Valerie Gerhold and June Gerhold. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“I am sorry to hear the passing of Peggy. My Mom and I were reminiscing, and wondered about Peggy, who was our neighbor in 1986 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, when married to Matt. We had no clue of her passing until this day. She was the sweetest. My Mom is Susan Rappold, daughter, my grandfather, to Robert Rappold. When we moved next to Peggy, we were in disbelief to find out we were cousins. Such a beautiful soul with the prettiest smile. Many prayers to the family.”
