She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Parsley; her granddaughter Amber Ratliff; and her siblings, Bonnie, Linda and Billy.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Parsley (Donna), Teresa Gassman (Bob) and Tonya Ratliff (Shannon); and her sisters, Nancy, Peggy and Tammy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the BrockStrong Foundation.
