He was predeceased by : his parents, LeRoy Hough and Mary Hough (Knox); and his siblings, Annabelle, Barbara, Betty, Doris, Eleanor, Homer, Helena, June, Junior and Marion.
He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Fincham; his children, Charlene Edmonds (George) of Salem, Arthur Hough Jr. (Kim) of Bayboro, NC and Brenda Rach of Salem; his son-in-law David Rach of Canfield; his grandchildren, David, Ryan, Tyler, Brennon, Connor and Kamryn; his great grandchildren, Charlee, Jaxon, David James, Mia, Chance and Geneva; and his siblings, Jean Hoprich, Eileen Bates, Millie Cox, Shirley Seacrest and Earl Hough. He is also survived by his wife, his children, and grandchildren.
