As we bid Gloria farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gloria is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christie Guerrieri (Lux) and Theresa Guerrieri (Naples). She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Christine Rhoades (Troy) and Michele Bova (Frank); her grandchildren, Maria and Geno Bova; and her sister Judy Pavalko (Bob).
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Charles Church (7345 Westview Dr, Boardman, OH 44512). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to your favorite charity in Gloria's memory. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff and administration at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center and to Sanctuary Hospice for the kind and compassionate care they provided.
