She is survived by: her brother Robert Folk (Karyl) of Carrollton; her sister-in-law JoAnn Folk of Louisville; her niece Tricia Degenhard (Jarrod) of Louisville; and her nephews, Billy Folk of Louisville, Devin Folk (Josette) of Louisville and Eric Folk (Marci) of Carrollton.
