He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Miller and Vern Miller; his wife Velma Miller; and his son Carl V. Miller. He is survived by: his children, Alan Miller (Laurie), Erma McCullough and Cheryl Wallace; his stepchildren, Nancy Smith (Rock), Jean Young (Charlie), Frank Embrogno (Ruth), Joe Embrogno (Cyndi) and Terri Borowicz (Dan); his grandchildren, Lisha Wallace, Jason Miller (Kerry), Misty Johnson (Clay), Crystal Miller and Malia Ploughman (Doug); and his brother Herman Miller (Gertrude). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
