He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Tice and Vivian Tice (Mathess). He is survived by: his brothers, Jeffrey Tice (Carol) of Carrollton and Kevan Tice (Debbie) of Boardman; his uncle Dale Tice (Jean) of Irondale; and his close friends, Dave Bell (Patty) of Richmond, Georgette Huff of Carrollton and Roger Welch of Carrollton.
