She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Eye and Theresa Zwick Eye; her daughter Lisa Went; her siblings, Denny, Donald Eye and Deborah Santee; and her nephew Clint Santee.
She is survived by: her husband Don Sample; her children, John May (Jennifer) of Alliance and Dawn Pankita (Jacques) of Naples, Florida; her grandchildren, Dillon, Chloe, Corinne, Andy, Nathan, Lindsay and Vince; her great grandchildren, Guinevere, Kinlee, Michael, Armoni, Alden and Amilliana; her mother-in-law Polly Sample; her brothers-in-law, Charlie (Patty), Jimmy (Beth) and Jeff Sample; and also Along.
