She is survived by: her significant other Rick Kitts; her daughter Kim Maple; her siblings, Sally Polen and David Phillips; and her grandchildren, Sarah Phillips and Milo Maple. She is also survived by 2 nieces; one nephew; 1 great niece; and two great-nephews.
