He was predeceased by: his parent Harvey Ray; and his siblings, Matilda "Tilly" Stroud, Minnie Virginia "Toots" Spencer and Bobby Farnsworth. He is survived by: his parent Martha Ann Mullen Farnsworth; his wife Jacquelyn Marie Leiter Farnsworth; his children, Becky Griffiths (Curt) of Carrollton, Brett Farnsworth (Tawnya) of Dennison, Mark Farnsworth (Carolyn) of Bowerston, George H. Farnsworth II (Sharon) of Carrollton and Jerralyn Myers (Michael) of Dellroy, Ohio; his siblings, Harvey Ray Farnsworth Jr. (Judy) of Robertsville, Ohio and Carolyn Butcher of Washington, W. V; and his significant other Helen Nelson of Minerva, Ohio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 23 great- grandchildren.
