He was predeceased by: his wife Rita R. Maurer; and his sister Sandy Lindsay. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Maurer (Angie) and Eric Maurer (Dawn); his brother Ron Maurer (Sherry) of Florida; and his granddaughters, Courtney Stallman (Adam) and Madison Maurer. He is also survived by father and mentor his sons.
