He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Newbold and Helen Newbold (Shepherd); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Becky Newbold of Carrollton; his children, Deborah of Canton and Chris Newbold of Mechanicstown; his stepson Steve Barnett (Jennifer); and his brother Jay Newbold (Edith) of Mechanicstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
It was Harold's request that there be no flowers sent and that instead friends and family make a donation in his memory to their favorite charity.
