He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Mildred Miller (Reigle); his wife Gertrude; his son Mark; and his brother Carl.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Shirley) and Earl (Carol); his daughter-in-law Doris; his grandchildren, Ryan (Alison), Jacob (Hannah), Keith (Diem), Morgan and Tanner; and his great grandchild Savannah.
In lieu of flowers to the family, memorial donations may be made to the Carrollton First Presbyterian Church, Carroll County Historical Society or Community Hospice.
