He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lairson and Ruth Cochran Lairson; his siblings, William Lairson and Maxine Dodd; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Lairson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Lairson; his children, Amy Hockenberry (Mike), J. Fred Lairson and Amanda Mohn (Danny); his stepsons, Doug Stack (Debbie) and Kirk Stack (Sandy); his grandchildren, Desiree Weirich (Dan), Nicole Hockenberry, Tyler Hockenberry (Rita), Storm Mohn (Tori), Bryce Mohn (Shelby) and Teagin Mohn (LeeAnna); and his stepgrandchildren, Chelsia Stack and Kassandra Stack. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
