She was predeceased by: her father Robert Clay; and her brothers, Kenneth L. Frey Jr. and Robert Clay Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Doris A. Clay (Hawk); her husband Ralph W. Dearth; her children, Bobbi Jo Hoffman (Eric Hawkins), Zachary Hoffman (Becky) and Stacey Hoffman; her grandchildren, Katelyn (Willy), Bronson (Maddison), Michael, Cole, Jaycee and Ellie; and her brother Scott A. Clay. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Kim loved animals, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to the Carrol County Humane Society.
