He was predeceased by: his parents, George Charles and Mary Elizabeth Smith Reed; and his stepfather Wilbur Hodge. He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Eick; his children, Michael T. Reed (Laura) of Dellroy, Sherry Hurt of Jasper and Yvonne Reed (Kenny Holcomb) of Uhrichsville, OH; his grandchildren, Dakota Hurt of Somerdale, OH, Steven Reed (Patti) of Canton, Kayla Knoy (Billy) of Magnolia, OH and Karen Arkenburgh (Ray) of Somerdale; his brother William Reed (Rose) of Dellroy; and his stepsiblings, Patty Hodge of Dellroy, Gary Hodge (Cindy) of Kensington, OH and Richard Hodge of Delphos, OH.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
