He is survived by: his children, Packey Velleca III (Gina) of Glendale, Juliet Mullett (Bill) of Hilliard and Mark Velleca (Stephanie) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Nikolas, Caleb (Tiffany), Noah and Leah; his sister Patsy Purdon of Silver Lake; and his close friend Carole Salisbury.
