She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Oser and Mildred Garman Oser. She is survived by: her husband Joseph N. Yingling; her children, Daniel J. Yingling (Christie), Scott J. Yingling (Tonya), Cynthia A. Carrothers (Demetrius) and Nicholas J. Yingling (Loretta); and her brother Richard Oser (Juanita) of Calabash, NC.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Pamela's name to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church.
