Murphy of Casstown, Ohio, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, McComas J. Murphy and Lula Murphy (Dewitt); his wife Betty L. Murphy (Couch); and his stepmother Josephine Murphy. He is survived by : his sister Etta J. Paugh of Springfield; his nieces, Marie Kettlehake of Springfield, Brenda Preston of Springfield and Elizabeth Shambaugh of Springfield; and his friend Roger Miller of Pleasant Hill, Ohio..
