He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladislav Haltuch and Agnes Haltuch (Chaloupka); and his brothers, Kenneth and Robert Haltuch. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Zajko; his children, Melissa Haltuch (Juan Valero) of Seattle, WA and Matthew Haltuch of Seven Hills, OH; and his granddaughter Cecilia Valero.
