It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Engle Jr. of Celina, Ohio, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Engle and Marie Engle (Sumner); his children, Deanna Jo Slone, Richard Engle and Franklin Engle (Kathy); and his siblings, Thelma Engle-Turner, Jewell Engle-Gerwells, Florene Engle-Dubassio, Charles E. Engle, Billy V. Engle and James O. Engle.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Boltz McDermitt; his children, Craig McDermitt (Brenda) of St. Marys, OH, Linda Sue Williams (Dave) of Dayton, OH, Mike McDermitt (Kathie) of St. Marys, OH, Curtis Engle of Celina, OH, John McDermitt (Sally) of Celina, OH and Todd Engle (Angie) of Dayton, OH; and his brothers, Wayne Engle (Carol) of Selinsgrove, PA and Vaughn Engle (Billie Dru) of Celina, OH.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren 75 great-grandchildren 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Friday, May 7th 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1605 Celina Rd, St Marys, OH 45885). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 7th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
