She was predeceased by: her parents, William Votaw and Ada Belle Votaw (Farley); her husband Kenneth Ray Caudill; her siblings, Jerry, Larry, Dickie, Donnie, Eddie, Gene, Jackie Votaw and Peggy Votaw; and her sons, Jeffrey Caudill and Robert Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wade Caudill (Marsha), Paul William Caudill, Cynthia Ann Kerr (William Stallings) and Deanna Garmon (Hank); her sisters, Diane Votaw and Sheila Waldron; and her grandchildren, Johanna, Jeffery, Joey, Jason, Kara, Michael, Nicky, Gregory, Jeremy, Erica, Andrea, Justin, Courtney and Becky. She is also survived by her 39 great grandchildren, her 2 great great grandchildren, and her numerous nieces and nephews.
