With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Fay Ramsey (Staunton, Virginia), who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Walter Dixie Hampton; her husband Coy James Ramsey Sr.; her mother Maggie Hampton (Johnson); and her siblings, Ralph, Edward, Walter Hampton, Wanda Graves and Sara Fox.
She is survived by: her son C. J.; her daughter-in-law Kay Ramsey; her granddaughters, Lisa Whitesell (David), Katrina Arnold (Matt) and Robin Ramsey (Erick Dahlstrom); and her great grandchildren, Fauna, Araina Whitesell and Cora Dahlstrom.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Thornrose Cemetery (1041 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401).
