He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullins and Marie Mullins; and his siblings, Elaine (Gary) and Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Amy (Ted), Brian (Niki), Steve (Jodi), Jim and Jeff; and his brother Dan (Edie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
