It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack J. Johnson of Medina, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Jack Johnson and Saturnina Johnson; and his sisters, Sandra J. Prater and Joyce Jones. He is survived by : his wife Sheryl; his nieces, Amber Jackson and Alicia Conwell; and his nephew Ryan Prater.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schulte & Mahon-Murphy Funeral Home (5252 Mayfield Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. John of the Cross (140 Richmond Rd, Euclid, OH 44143).
