He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Waller and Anna Waller (Damron); his great grandchild Lilly; and his siblings, David Waller (Barbara) and Darlene Stroud (Leon).
He is survived by : his wife Judy E. Waller (Collins); his daughters, Teresa Kellems (Mark) and Rebecca Allman (Robert "Bob"); his grandchildren, Amanda Boring, Candice Boring, Kyle Kellems, Kalah Kellems and Skylar Allman-Miller (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Myles, Levi and Miah; and his sisters, Faye Hatcher (Eddie), Jenny Bell Fluty (Dale), Ruby Colman (Bubby) and Deborah Evans (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
