He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred, Sr. Shockley and Eileen Vanpelt Shockley; and his brother Fred Allen Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jordan Shockley; his son Bret Lee Shockley; and his siblings, Shirley Simmons (Leroy) of Palm Coast, FL, Ronny Shockley of Proctorville and Jerry Shockley (Audrey) of Chesapeake, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
