He is survived by: his children, Hollie Jeffrey (Herschel) of Chesapeake, Stacy Justice (Chris) of North Carolina, Nicholas Boggs of Chesapeake and Virginia Roufogalis of South Carolina; and his sisters, Patricia Adkins and Charolette Smith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
