He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rowe; his children, Mike Rowe (Susan) of Mechanicsville, VA, Tim Rowe (Beth) of St. Paris, Ohio and Lisa Morris (Rick) of Proctorville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Aaron Rowe (Ali), Chris Rowe, Tara, Kyle Sutherland, Timothy Rowe (Casie), Garret Rowe (Angela), Ryan Rowe (Lexy), Jordan Rowe, Ryan Wheeler (Sammie) and Alli Penix. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
