He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Brammer and Iva Adkins Brammer; and his siblings, Howard, Donald, Granville, Julian, Betty Catalogna and Maxine Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Carter Brammer; his daughter Debbie Harris (Mike Finley); his grandchildren, Sarah Hypes (Mark), Rachel Graves (Mason) and Zach Harris (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Landon Graves, Lucy Hypes and Garrett Hypes; and his sisters-in-law, Jearlean Nibert and Peg Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and many special friends.
