She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard E. Butler and Alice E. Bosstic Butler. She is survived by: her cousins, Robin Clark (Larry) of Frankfort and Whitney Ackley (Austin) of Chillicothe; her daughter Amy Hardman; and her close friends, Daisy, Carla, Waneta, Jan, Mark, Terri, Phyllis and Tammy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Ross County Humane Society 2308 Lick Run Rd. #A, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
